Refund policy

Every item in our shop is printed to order for you specifically. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering.

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it at no cost to you. Email support@limcfoundation.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will take care of it.

 

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.

 

Because items are made to order, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
